Empty dwellings survey of 1st June 2014 – Dwelling vacancy rate higher than 1%
Neuchâtel, 15.09.2014 - (FSO) - According to the Federal Statistical Office (FSO), on the reference day (01 June 2014), 45,748 or 1.08% of all dwellings in Switzerland were empty. Some 5740 more dwellings were empty than in the previous year, representing an increase of 14%.
