Household Budget Survey 2012 – Income and expenditure of households in Switzerland
Neuchâtel, 27.10.2014 - (FSO) - The average disposable income of households in Switzerland was CHF 7112 per month in 2012. A large proportion of disposable income was spent on consumption: the approximate CHF 1500 expended on housing and energy was the largest component of the household budget. These are findings from the Household Budget Survey 2012 from the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
