Producer and Import Price Index fell in July by 0.2%
Neuchâtel, 14.08.2025 — The Producer and Import Price Index fell in July 2025 by 0.2% compared with the previous month, reaching 106.2 points (December 2020 = 100). Prices fell in particular for watches and medical and dental instruments and supplies. In contrast, petroleum, natural gas and petroleum products saw higher prices. Compared with July 2024, the price level of the whole range of domestic and imported products fell by 0.9%. These are the results of the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
