Ordinance on Measures Connected with the Situation in Ukraine
Bern, 22.3.2024 - On 21 March 2024 the Federal Department of Economic Affairs EAER has amended annexes 8, 18 and 27 to the Ordinance on Measures Connected with the Situation in Ukraine (SR 946.231.176.72). The entries concerning 97 individuals and 9 organizations have been modified and 12 individuals have been removed from the sanctions list. In addition, the descriptions of certain luxury goods (Annexe 18) and products containing gold (Annexe 27) have been amended. The measures come into force at 6 pm on 22 March 2024.
