Temporary evacuation of the international observer mission (TIPH) from Hebron

Berne, 8.2.2006 - The Temporary International Presence in the City of Hebron, TIPH, (Temporary International Presence in the City of Hebron, TIPH) has interrupted its activities until further notice and provisionally withdrawn all personnel for security reasons. The Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) hopes that the TIPH will soon be able to resume its work in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
