Telecommunications Act will not be revised
Bern, 17.9.2010 - Switzerland essentially has a good provision of telecommunications services. This was the conclusion drawn by the Federal Council in its analysis of the telecommunications market. Though there were some inadequacies, in the Federal Council's opinion a revision of the Telecommunications Act (TCA) is not required.
