Swiss Theatre Awards – the 2014 winners
Bern, 22.5.2014 - Today, in the presence of Federal Councillor Alain Berset, the Federal Office of Culture FOC presents the inaugural Swiss Theatre Awards as part of the 1st Swiss Theatre Encounter at the Theater Winterthur. In addition to the previously announced Swiss Grand Award for Theatre / Hans Reinhart Ring for Omar Porras, Nikola Weisse and Fabienne Hadorn receive Outstanding Female Actor accolades. A further five Swiss Theatre Awards 2014 go to Massimo Furlan, Beatrix Bühler and the festival auawirleben, Milo Rau, Cristina Castrillo, and the junges theater basel.
