Second Swiss national to head the OSCE border monitoring mission in Russia

Bern, 28.4.2016 - The German Chairmanship of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) has appointed Flavien Schaller, a Swiss national, as head of the OSCE's civilian monitoring mission at the two Russian border crossing points of Donetsk and Gukovo.
