Switzerland is helping to improve working conditions in the garment industry
Bern, 27.9.2016 - An independent impact study published by a research team from Tufts University has proven that an improvement in working conditions in the garment industry does not only improve worker well-being but is also good for business. That is the goal of a programme supported by SECO implemented in seven countries, covering 1,300 factories and more than 1.6 million workers.
