Combating Terrorism: Coordinated operation
Bern, 29.10.2019 - The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) and the Offices of the Juvenile Prosecutor in Winterthur and Bern today conducted eleven simultaneous house searches at various addresses in the cantons of Zurich, Bern and Schaffhausen. The searches were carried out as part of criminal proceedings of the authorities involved against a total of eleven individuals. In addition to representatives from the Offices of the Juvenile Prosecutor and the Office of the Attorney General, around 100 officers from fedpol and the cantonal police forces of Bern, Zurich and Schaffhausen were involved.
