New Swiss environment ambassador
Bern, 28.6.2023 - Felix Wertli is Switzerland's new Ambassador for the Environment. The Federal Council conferred the title of Ambassador on him on 28 June 2023. He will replace Franz Perrez as head of the International Affairs Division at the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN). The Federal Council appointed Mr Perrez as the new head of the Directorate of International Law at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs in February.
